Using our Cadkey Cad system, part, mold, fixture and gage designs can be created using conventional, 3D, wire frame or solid representation. Full part layouts are completed using our programmable coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Utilizing APQP techniques, quality is built into the design, allowing your project an on-time transition into production.

Substantial investment in information technology software provides optimal control and support for operations. Recent software upgrades include administrative, accounting, materials requirement and customer requirement planning, manufacturing and engineering documentation and quality administration.
Advanced Product Quality Planning
An ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification states our capability as a manufacturer. More importantly, our quality performance record and track record of continuous improvement sell our company. This is evident in our commitment to get our products launched correctly the first time. Everyone involved on a product development team has received substantial training in advanced product quality planning techniques. Many of these classes have been obtained through the Automotive Industry Action Group, four-year universities and community colleges.
Product and Mold Design
Control of product design and mold design are critical to the success of a product launch. Customer product designs are routinely evaluated for feasibility of manufacture and occasionally modified to improve moldability and consequently product cost and quality. A mold standards manual has been developed to control the manufacture and maintenance of customer-owned molds. Mold design analysis software is used for filling, warp and cooling is conducted on critical products. Internal cad and cam capability compliments and expedites the development and change process.

Reliable and repeatable product evaluation techniques are employed to assure our customers and ourselves that the products we are producing are manufactured to customer specifications. Investment in measurements systems includes: two programmable coordinate measuring machines, color measurement, surface finish measurement, custom gaging for variable and attribute data and destructive testing.
